  • Crescent Tower: CG Retails’ another investment for Retail Space in International Media Production Zone area in Dubai.


  • Labor Accommodation: CG Realty along with its partner has invested in 300 room labor accommodation in Al Quoz. We have also invested in 3 plots in Ajman with a purpose to build labor accommodation.
  • Warehouses: CG Realty has acquired 2 plots of land in Dubai Investment Park which will have warehouses constructed.
